Location was great! Easy and quick walk to the beach while also a part of town. AC in the rooms was great! Bathroom attached to the shared room with 10 beds plus additional bathrooms were located on the floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to extend my stay one night unexpectedly but they were very accommodating and allowed me to pay the Hostelword rate. Easy to meet and hangout with fellow travelers. Overall great place to stay. Breakfast was provided. I would stay here again.

Lovely place…you have easy access to different places in stone town including the forodhani night market that sells some great cheap food

For me it’s the best hostel in Stone Town. Good breakfast, super helpful staff, very safe, loads of space to hang out and meet people. And extra privacy and bathrooms in dorms

I felt extremely welcome and absolutely everything went smoothly. The beach is just a minute walk away, the dormitory beds look rather like little apparments. People whom I met and talked to around the hostel were also very nice

AC available, free coffee, free breakfast, clean room, less than 10min walking from ferry terminal, huge recommend

I came already second time based on previous very positive experience – everything was again the same nice!
